Neglected blog

We are so sorry that the blog has been neglected lately. Mommy has been feeling pretty crummy, and with Daddy at work, it was jsut good enough to make sure Harlan was fed, had a clean bottom, and was entertained with Mommy having to use the least possible amount of energy. I woke up feeling much better today (although not 100%) and Daddy is home today, so things have been pretty laid back and relaxed.

this morning Daddy and Harlan took a trip to Panera and brought mommy home some chocolate chip bagels for breakfast. how yummy! harlan fell asleep in the car and daddy let harlan sleep in his carseat after he got home. when he woke up, he happily babbled away hoping someone would come rescue him from his seat. lately he has learned to hold on to the handle of his seat and i think it is cute. it looks like he is just along for the ride. he is a picture of him hanging out waiting for mommy to put down the camera and pick him up.

harlan looks so much like a little boy here and not a baby :(

this picture is deceiving. it looks like harlan is standing but he is actually sitting on the stack of pillows behind him. again..he looks so grown up here.

i love the look on his face here above the look on the monster's face! he shirt says "Mr. Mouthy" which fits him to a tee!


Is is getting harder to get Harlan to smile for a picture. Sometimes I can get him laughing but he sees the camera and it is Mr Serious Face as he tries to get the camer away from mommy. He is still a crazy happy kiddo, i just dont know if you will see much of that in pictures, until they invent an invisible camera!
