busy bumble bee

So as you can see from the lack of new posts lately, we have been very busy at our household. We are working on getting our house ready to be sold and we are closer than ever. This is an exciting time for us, but also tons of work.

Harlan is taking it all in stride. He is being the happy, smiling, laughing baby we all love so very much. He "talks" to us all the time. You could sit and have a conversation with him, if you dont mind that he speaks a completely different language. From what we can tell not only is he going to be a genius, he is also going to a very messy child. He has managed to puke all over himself the last few nights (he always waits til after he has had a bath and is in nice clean jammies, then lets it go. afterward he is quite proud of himself for the formula vomit that is dripping off of both of us, and gives tons of smiles and laughs jsut to rub it in that he did this on purpose! we all think it is a genuis plot to get another bath!) Yesterday he also managed to pee on his face, pee on the seat in mommy's car (thanks daddy) and pee on mommy during his bath (his first bath, that is). If you would like to spend any time with our son at all, i would bring some kind of protective layer for your clothes, and I would only take his diaper off at your own risk!!!





These are what we are considering for Halloween. Which one do ya'll like best??? I am leaning towards the penguin but Justin said he could be a gorilla and Harlan could be the banana. that might be worth it to see!
