BUMPS

red bumps is more like it. all over little man. Red and hard and uncomfortable looking. A quick trip to walk in's at the clinic and we had an answer. Harlan is allergic to the amoxicillin that he is on for his ear infections. Just like Daddy. I was a little surprised bc this is the third time he has been on amoxicilin and never had issues before, but the doctor said it is not uncommon to see a reaction the 2nd, 3rd time they take it. She said she, herself, developed an allery to it in adullthood. So we are trying some claritin anbd stopping the amoxicilin. Little man is taking it all in stride and actually seems to be in a better mood than he has been in a week. Here are some pictures of the rash from my phone.

In other news, Harlan had had a language explosion and seems to be picking up a new word every day. My favorites include boom, hot dog, cheese, frog and we are working on thank you. He is truly a joy!
